For small jobs, please see below for a guide to pricing. If however you have a large project such as decking or bathroom refurbishment then a quote will be given for those specified works. As with all work on properties, their may be additional costs for unforeseen events , these will always be discussed with you and agreed before carrying out such work.

Services and Pricing

Gardening Services

These are charged at £15 per hour, with all equipment being provided. Should you wish the rubbish to be removed an additional fee of £2.50 per refuse bag is charged.

Decoration Services

For a standard 10’ x 10’ room which only requires repainting  the charge is £400, Standard paints included.

Work carried out will be :-

Rub down, undercoat and gloss all wood work.

Wash down walls and ceiling with sugar soap and apply two coats of emulsion.

 

Other Works

Other works such as installation of blinds, tap changes, curtain track installed, shelves put up and general handyman works are all charged at £40 for the first hour and then £25 per hour or part thereof.

Materials needed can be supplied at cost plus 10% or can be provided by the customer.
